Small Business Tenant Improvement Program

If you’re a Small Business Owner in the City of Seattle or looking to open a business, you can work with the Office of Economic Development and apply for their new Tenant Improvement Program. They have different grant programs based on the stage you are at with your business:

  • Emerge Track packages help new businesses find or build out a permanent space in the City of Seattle.

  • Improve Track packages award existing businesses with funding for signage, equipment, and safety upgrades.

  • Expand Track packages award funding to help expanding businesses complete a new build-out.
