City & County Home Repair Programs
Do you live in King County or the City of Seattle? If you do, most people do not know about the many programs the city and County have to help home owners depending on household income. If you meet their eligibility requirements, you could get an interest free loan to help fix much needed repairs on your house. There is also potential for a matching grant. These programs help to get necessary repairs done for people with low to moderate incomes and is designed to address immediate health, safety, and structural deficiencies.
